Empowering women to stand in their strength as yoga teachers and holistic leaders, Elizabeth Beeds is a mentor and trainer for women in business. Through 25 years as a Yognii, healer and entrepreneur, she founded Interior Wellness Magazine, Interior Wellness Festival, Mountain Spirit Festival and the Women’s Holistic Business Academy.

Elizabeth has studied many different styles of yoga over the past 25 years. She lived in India for 2 years at at ashram where she got her first yoga teacher certification. Through 1000 hours in the Sivananda tradition she also studied Ayurveda, Meditation and Advanced Spiritual Yoga. Elizabeth trained for over 500 hours with Shiva Rea and has studied with some of North America’s top teachers such as Sean Corn, Erich Schiffmann, Janet Stone, Bernie Clark and Sri Dharma Mittra to name a few. Elizabeth has worked extensively with Wanderlust and Shakti Fest. She built a successful yoga business as a teacher with a dedicated following, classes, workshops and owned a yoga studio and wellness centre. 

Extensively trained as a holistic practitioner, Elizabeth has thousands of hours of advanced courses in many modalities including Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Yoga Therapy, Massage, Herbal & Nutritional Healing, Reiki, Advanced Energy Healing and Indian Head Massage to name just a few. She has worked as a Martial Arts instructor; Yoga Teacher; Nutritionist; Wilderness Guide; and as a Transformational Event Leader.

Elizabeth brings her experience together to lead the Women’s Holistic Business Academy where she is a guide for entrepreneurial women: training yoga teachers, holistic practitioners and spiritual leaders to fill their private practices, classes and workshops while they make money doing what they love. She stands for women having thriving businesses and balanced, fulfilling lives.

Elizabeth loves to travel, adventure and experience life - when she’s not travelling, she lives in a fabulous tiny house on wheels! Bor">
