This is class will help build strength in anyone’s practice. Moving from each segment (7) all together:
- To help increase strength with transitions
- To link various Asanas and balancing poses together for strength and endurance.
- Inversions or the inversion prep are linked through the practice
All yogis will love this practice for the fun of it or for the breathe of it.

This class is outdoors on the Terrace - patio of Sun Peaks Grand
• Enter through the Sun Peaks Grand Upper Lobby level
• bring your own yoga mat (and cushions and blankets...whatever you need!)
• bring a water bottle
• Dress in layers, bring something warm
• early morning classes - you might enjoy some mosquitoes!
