Forest Therapy Walk
Limited Capacity filling up

This Forest therapy walk will help you to move into stillness, through our connection with Mother Earth. It will start with a meditation, helping us to move from our busy minds, into our bodies and into our senses, into stillness. We will then move through different invitations that allow us to connect to Mother Earth in a deep way, entering into a mindful state. This walk also allows us to use our imagination, to reconnect with nature, to our inner child, and to our true self.

Also as there are limited park spaces I suggest people carpool. Please be down at the lake 15min before class begin.

What to wear?
Swimsuit / bikini / swim shorts
Shorts and shirt over it. I recommend fabric that is NOT cotton. Something that dries quick.
Also bring a change of clothes and a towel for after. Depending on weather a sweater or windproof jacket to wear over.
A hat, sunglasses (not expensive ones - as they get lost sometimes), sunscreen and a water bottle.

These classes are included in you Mountain Spirit Festival Ticket as a VIP
There will be a donation jar for the Roar for Kids in Sicamous. This assocation supports kids that are unable to pay for recreational activities.
And as BtrueByou also offers Kids Camps we love supporting the association as we believe every child should be able to play a sport or learn a new activity!
